I was standing in my garage watching as the Man offloaded the buffet which was a large box weighing about 40 kilos. I was astounded when I saw him let it drop from a vertical position crashing down onto the edge of the trucks floor hitting about halfway along & then even more shocked when he lifted it up after that & tossed it off the truck onto the road. The floor of the truck was about 1.2 metres high so it hit with a bang & damaged the box & buffet which has a bow in the top board. A $700.00 piece of furniture treated like a $30.00 bean bag. I’m 60 years old & never seen anything like it before. I’m appalled & Angry!

A delivery of one small box left Sydney wharehouse on Friday received at Coffs Harbour depot then was sent to Grafton depot arrived on Wednesday to be delivered on Thursday 10.45 am to address of customer. This has taken way too long, I could of driven to Sydney and back quicker than this service provided. This order should of been delivered first thing Tuesday not Thursday. Something seriously is wrong with the way this service is being provided.
