I too had a really disappointing and embarressing experience at this shoe store. While on holidays I went in to check out some shoes and was excited to find a pair I really liked. However, as I was browsing, one of the employees approached me and accused me of trying to steal. I was shocked - I've never stolen anything in my life! I tried to explain that I was just looking at the shoes, but they continued to treat me suspiciously in front of other customers. It was very uncomfortable and made me want to leave the store. I felt like I was being judged without any reason, other than being a Muslim woman. I ended up walking out without making a purchase. I would understand if there was a reason for their suspicion but I felt completely wronged in this situation. It’s really concerning when a store’s staff doesn’t treat their customers with respect. I won’t be returning, and I can not recommend this place based on my experience.
