Give this company a very wide birth. Took two weeks just to get in touch to service a system which they installed. After 2 months he finally showed up and quote was given for the initial visit. After 2 months and 3 visits to fix a simple problem and deliver 2 filters, he fixed the problem, charged twice the original quote, and has only delivered 1 filter (2 were paid for). That was 8 months ago and after multiple attempts to contact this company they have not replied or responed AT ALL. Absolutely pathetic communication skills, no customer service at all, and basically has stolen my elderly father’s money. Never use this company.

Just had a aircon replaced today 21st Feb. Just had to say how great the whole job was. From the start on time, so polite, took out the old unit and put in the new unit with everything done to the highest standard. Everything was perfect so neat and so clean. As they drove away the only thing left as our new aircon. Anyone who expects a very high level of workmanship needs to use Craig Boswell and his team. A big thanks to Craig & Luke. Perfect
