Our vehicles, though not classified as limousines, are kept spotless and are late models.

As a long term resident and tour operator, Shoal Bay Shuttle is more than able to help plan your activities

What extras does your bus service provide?

For group bookings, we provide bottled water, esky if needed, sick bags :), and especially setup for karaoke.

What is the normal duration of your Wine Country trips?

Normally 8 hrs including 2.5 hrs travel to and from Pokolbin.

Do you have set packages including cellar door tasting and lunch?

Not at present. Our trips are transport to and from Pokolbin and between venues. It is necessary for you to make the arrangements.

How far do you travel?

Our motto is ‘Airport or Anywhere’

Is your bus available for Murray’s Brewery transport?

Yes. Price and availability on application

Would you take us on a girls ‘Hen party’ in Newcastle?

Yes. We also provide bottled water and sick bags:)

About Shoal Bay Shuttle Service

Shoal Bay Shuttle Service provides private transport within Port Stephens, to and from Newcastle Airport and the Hunter region. Our vehicles are a 4-passenger Toyota Camry, 6-passenger Tarago and a near-new 13-passenger bus. Owner-driver Mike has been involved with public transport operations in this region for over 30 years. Newcastle airport transfers, local private tours and trips to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley Wine Country are our specialities.

I needed an early morning pickup (4.20am) for hospital day admission and Mike from shoal bay shuttle service was quick to respond and didn’t hesitate on the out of hours time frame. He was on time to collect me, the ride was smooth, comfortable and clean… and was ready and waiting once I had finished to take me back home at 10.30am. Highly recommend for a stress free travel and will be using shoal bay shuttle service again when needed!

Mike is a champion. Car Karaoke on way back from Murrays Brewery. Great finish to day Thanks Tony, Deb, Bruce and Lee

What a great girls day out at the Hunter Valley vineyards, chauffeured by Mike. Mike picked us up from our homes and took us to our choice of vineyards. His bus was beautifully air conditioned and his driving was exceptional. We had a great day and will certainly be using Mike's service again. I would highly recommend Mike and Shoal Bay Shuttle Service

Mike was excellent, picked up myself and my 4 young kids from Newcastle airport and got us safely to our destination to Port Stephens. He arranged car seat for the kids and had plenty of space for multiple bags and extra kids oversize items too. Would definitely use his service again!

Mike took our group up to the Hunter Valley for a long overdue wine tasting trip. Nothing was too much trouble and the day was an absolute joy. Lots of laughs and no pressure. Would highly recommend.

We use Mike every 2 weeks to take my partner for appointments at Newcastle and he is absolutely fantastic! Mike is punctual and kind and courteous and makes an unpleasant day for my partner so much easier . Mikes prices are totally reasonable and I would highly recommend him to anyone .
