My name is Lisa Hopwood and I was born and raised in the Inner City of Sydney. In 2015, in search of a gentler way of life, I relocated to the NSW Northern Rivers and now live, and work, on the land of the Bundjalung Nation. As a mum of three grown children, and recently a new grandmother, family is hugely important to me. With a career that has seen me working in Mental Health and Drug and Alcohol treatment extensively, I have developed a deep passion for working with people as they uncover the patterns that have been shadowing their lives - and supporting them to find a way out. With qualifications in Mental Health, Social Welfare, Indigenous Trauma and Recovery Practice, Hypnotherapy, and Counselling - my passion is for walking with people on a journey of discovery, finding a way out of the darkness and into the light. For me, it really is, all about the people: and I am honoured to share the journey alongside my clients.
