UPDATE: dealership has agreed to properly fix the damage incl free loan car while it is in being fixed. Thank you Trent and Phillip. Was looking to buy a new Kona. With lack of stock was convinced to buy a 3y old as new Kona with 3,695KLMs for $27,990 excl charges On 10th day after buying, the first day we had no cloud cover, we noticed some bad scratches and 2 related dents. The dealer also admitted not seeing marks Requested the dealer properly fix (they did attempt to polish) or give refund and put this money towards another Kona. Their response was used car you can have marks - these were not just minor marks. If you pay $27,990 for a car that doesn’t retail for much more new, you expect better. There final word-if we aren’t happy we could trade it in. When I asked if we would receive the price we paid only 10 days earlier, the salesman confirmed it would be treated as a normal valuation. Surely in anyones opinion this is a morally wrong thing to do

This is about Shellharbour City Motors Honda Dealership. ---They even don't know how to do a business--- Okay, on the phone they say car (Honda Civic) is only driven 500 kilometres and comes at $24000 with $500 accessories. They say they can consider bringing it down a bit if meet in person. They say the offer expires on 31st December. When you go meet them, they said the car is 1500 kilometres instead of 500 kilometres. They say they cannot bring the price down (firm at $24000, which I think would be okay). But terrible manager says accessories will not be included. (even if the offer is valid until 31st December) If you go afew days later and ask for $24000, they said they cannot sell it at that price. They said they updated the price which is $24990. (wait...didn't you say that offer is valid until 31st December? and I'm making offer on 28th December.) Why wasting time of busy people if you cannot stick to your words and promises? This is enough, I am getting a good offer from
