I was having some gearbox trouble & my car was not driveable. I phoned Shanes transmission in regard to the problem & they told me to bring it in for repair. I had the car towed to the workshop & was then told they were too busy & to take it somewhere else. Nothing but a big waste of time, but, going by other google reviews Ive just read about this place, it seems I dodged a bullet. Look elsewhere..

Excellent service. Transparent in approach no trying to pull the wool over our eyes. Our caravan was stuck in the caravan park. So with efficiency Shane ordered a new gearbox from Melbourne. Kindly allowing me to arrange a discount via a family member. As soon as the new box arrived it was installed tested and we were on our way. A friendly reminder folks the modern Auto Transmission is a complex expensive part of your vehicle. Never expect it to be cheap because it never will be. On top of that not all symptoms mean the same thing making faults hard to find. Thanks Shane and his bearded undercar warrior.
