A very bad experience with Shadeview. I received and accepted a quote from Shadeview for Supply & Installation of Roller Shutters with 240v Operation. Shadeview installed the electric shutters but did not connect them to the power, saying that I’d need to organise my own electrician to install the connection for 240v operation. So, I was left with roller shutters that didn’t work!. It was a surprise to me, as at no time was it communicated or mentioned to me before supply and installation at all! Moreover, I’ve found their attitude during communication to clarify and resolve the issues rude and offensive. BTW I still cannot comprehend how someone can offer to supply and install electric roller shutters without including the electrical connection (or at least explicitly state that it’s excluded)!

We live in a high rise building which makes fitting blinds a huge task. Glen and Jayden were our fitters and wow these two guys are fantastic ambassadors for your company. They worked hard and non stop but most of all they were so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Shadeview are very lucky to have such wonderful guys as part of this team. I had no idea the amount of different styles you could get for blinds and shade awnings, if you haven't been into this shop go in and have a look at what is on offer, they also do the crime safe and for my bifold doors, can't wait to order these, blind first!!! Go check them out you won't be disappointed.
