The one star is for the quality of the food because it was great and well presented. The four missing stars are due to the fact that my carefully planned birthday party did not go as planned because - the food arrived early - the food was not hot when delivered - my guests had to help re-heat the food in a B&B kitchen without a functioning oven - the point in paying a fortune to not cook was totally lost - the family photo shoot times for quarter of an hour before dinner time was disturbed All together a costly experience causing anxiety and work. But the food did survive the reheating and was delicious.
