Welcome to Sebastopol Library Community Hub, a vibrant and modern centre that brings together culture, learning, and recreation. Steeped in history, this hub traces its roots back to 1864 when the Sebastopol Mechanics Institute and Free Library first opened. Now, after a remarkable $2.8 million redevelopment, our doors will open on 2 January 2019, transforming into a welcoming space for the City of Ballarat. Join us for a wide range of programs, but remember, we're closed on public holidays.
