shocking attitude, needed a professional due to our businesses demand from public to use our appliances that we supply as a part of our hospitality co, all we good was false promises on returning to finish work that they as so called professional claim to offer, not the case here with these losers.

Very poor service. Could not recognise the smell from the fridge was actually a gas leak from the compressor. Very reluctant to investigate the problem, just suggested bi-carb to absorb the smell.I had to call them back and suggest to pull the fridge out to look in the back. Samsung technician diagnosed in a minute over the phone. Would not recommend.

Though they couldn’t come out today, talked to tech and managed to kick fridge back into action. Didn’t rush me on the phone. If they deal with clients like this, their customer service is obviously great and ethical.
