At Seachange Pilates studio, our classes are Private (Individual) or Duet (two-on-one) with a combination of both Mat and Reformer. We believe in offering a deeper understanding of Pilates techniques to improve Strength, Control, Coordination and Flexibility. Personalised private training that includes Reformer and Mat work. A system/ program will be tailored to the individual/s needs. Classes focus on technique and flow of exercises for a more rigorous and cardiovascular session. Private & Duet classes are flexible and by appointment only.
