Scotty's Pet Barn is simply the best Pet Supplies Shop in the Mid North Coast. I have been a customer of Scott's since August 2011 and the store has always provided a large range of products of very high quality. I personally buy Royal Canin food for my cats, plus Wild Bird Seed for all the Wild Birds on my property. The Wallabies and Possums are also happy with the supplies from Scotty's Pet Barn at Forster. You are always greeted by Scott and his Terrific Team, with a smile and great service and wonderful knowledge about the animals they sell. This includes Beautiful Healthy Birds of all kinds, plus Fabulous Fish, Curious Cuddly Cats and Dogs, plus Veterinary Supplies to keep your Pet Healthy and Happy. The atmosphere in the shop is clean and calming and fun. I am continually recommending Scott and his Terrific Team to lots of people I know. Keep up the good work Scott. Every time I have set foot into Scotty's, I am greeted with smiling faces. They know what I'm looking for and are quick to jump in and give me a hand to get it all to the car. Any advice I've needed they've been happy to help or find out the answer if they weren't sure. Thank you all very much!

I have been coming here as long as I can remember. Customer service is excellent, anything I'm looking for Scott goes out of his way to help me source and his staff are great. Once my dog food was on back order so I had to go to 'the other store', the newer one in the village, and was told by there staff that the dog food I was buying for my dogs they would not feed to a dog on the street. Obviously just because they didn't stock it. So went back to Scott and he helped me pick out another brand of food until the order arrived (a few days later). I also received a courtesy call to inform me that the food had arrived.
