Steve replaced two very rotted old windows on south side , as well as built a small window box above both windows. Steve was always polite & on time, worked consistently, to complete the job, thinks outside the box.

VERY PROFESSIONAL and FIRST CLASS OUTCOME. Steve's next challenge project for me was to remove my 40 year old death steps and created some safer and aesthetically pleasing steps with an additional step and less danger factor. Steve is my go to carpenter for all my tricky design projects, always great to work with taking an idea, turning into a concept and then completing the project through to amazing results. His rates are very competitive and he sources quality material at great prices. Perfect for my latest challenge a massive awning pergola extension to my garage (that he had previously converted from a car port)..and I wanted tricky features for the sun and shade and air flow elements....Result was spectacular. I rang Steve recently and asked if he would be able to help me create an outdoor barbecue area. I had some ideas but needed advice as to the design, materials and repurposing what i had - several tall brick garden beds. Well I can honestly say I am absolutely delighted with the end result! Steve's meticulous attention to detail is obvious when you look at the quality of his work. He has a great skill in being able to design, draw and build projects that are not exorbitantly priced and are beautiful. Highly recommend! (Photos shows shelving still needs to be painted).

Having just moved into a rundown small villa, I had a lot of little handyman jobs that I couldn’t do. Steve was professional, on time and happily gave any task a go. He completed all tasks around the house in a timely and efficient manner and wasn’t patronising that this female had no inclination to put curtain rods up herself🤣. His professionalism and give a go attitude led to bigger jobs around the house and he recently completed a screen for the front of my property. Whether it’s a bigger job or, Steve is a great handyman! I will definitely be using his services again 😊

Every Pergola needs a great roof that matches the theme of the project. One calls a roofer and gets quote of $$$. WOW, One then chats with Steve to discuss in depth the issue. Steve says "I can do" and then sources all color proffered material and deliverers a structurally sound solution with sourced material at a lot more reasonable budget, then he fits and installs the roof, that not only looks sensational and compliments the pergola, but most importantly...NO leaks, as tested thoroughly by recent thunderstorms, so an additional handy skill set to just carpentry. I could not be happier, Thanks again exceeds all expectations!

Steve built a gate for us today. He was punctual and was able to design a gate suitable for our place. He listened to what we requested and then created it. The gate is a solid build and fits perfectly. He did a really great job. An added bonus is that he completely cleaned up after himself afterwards leaving no evidence of being at our place. Very impressed with his overall job and would recommend Steve. A lovely guy to deal with.

"The most beautiful thing I have seen in a long time" was the comment from my friendly postman who had followed the construction of this challenging project. The plan "demolish the old pergola nightmare and replace with a contemporary unique pergola fusing elements of the old with the new and to compliment the pool deck." Expectations were exceeded, many issues but Steve solved them, including redoing collapsed brick pier, working around shade sail corrections and generating a structurally solid pergola clad in Merbau that perfectly compliments the deck. Materials were sourced at affordable competitive prices, schedule was always reliable and always on time and communication for solving the multiple challenges was fantastic, on time and within budget constraints. The result was a fantastic resort style pergola that will last for decades to come. Brilliant, Beautiful and unique, So for too hard basket for the regular Joe...give Steve a Go!
