Quite disappointed with customer service we ordered our new car march 22 Was supposed to arrive October 22 since we paid the deposit we have not had one phone call updating us on anything we have had to chase it up all the time still waiting on car as of February 23. If this is the service you get before car arrives I hate to think what customer service will be like after it gets here. Nearly 12 months and not one call they will not get my servicing. Very upset

Service manager / adviser was very rude and disrespectful. Rolls his eyes and talks down to me when I have warranty issues (only to me and not my husband), he will make you wait for weeks to get a warranty booking but only days if it's a service etc. Very quick to blame anyone/everyone else instead of taking responsibility.

In the 6 months I’ve been dealing with Sainsburys, the sales people can’t do enough to sell a vehicle, once money changes hands, hopeless, was going to just let I blow by, the parts division to date have been really helpful and easy to deal with, how ever the service department, I’m thoroughly appalled, to start with they can’t even direct a phone call to the right place, they talk in riddles and just unwilling to give any help/assistance what so ever, this has really made the relationship quite sour and changed my thoughts of spending the extra shopping local, very disappointed
