Their work was standard was very professional, they were there to help me straight away in a very short notice especially during the Easter break & their customer service was excellent & helpful in getting the job done perfect, so perfect that I'll be calling her again in the not to far distance.👍

DO NOT HIRE. This company was actually the most expensive of the 3 quotes however I went because it sounded like she really knew what she was talking about when I came to how thorough bonds cleans are and I just wanted a really good, not having to worry about going back type job done for my landlord - that is exactly what I DIDNT GET. I came to the house before it was inspected and I was livid, nearly in tears, the floors where still dirty, the aircons and light fittings not clean, counter tops not wiped over, behind toilet, on top of cabinets all still dusty and gross. I was literally shocked that these were just the things that I noticed prior to my landlord even going through. I had to present this to my landlord and I was just so embarrassed that I started cleaning it myself, majority of what I needed to be cleaned I could do with a tshirt and some water so what needed to be done was clearly not difficult or caked on dirt/dust. I got pics of just SOME of the mess left behind.

Job was not done - clearly tried to cut corners. Didn’t vacuum under beds, didn’t do all the skirtings as promised, oven not clean, showers not done, obviously used a dirty cloth on the vanities, walls still dirty, kitchen cupboards not clean, didn’t wipe the kitchen bench, debris from fans left all over the beds, screens not cleaned…..to top it off they snapped a key off in the lock and made out it was my fault for not leaving the keys on the bench! One positive - the guy who did the windows did a great job….for the windows done…because some were missed. Will never recommend this business.

House still unclean after bond clean. Did not receive full return of bond despite 7 day guarantee. Poor communication. Did not arrange for steam cleaning of mattresses either.
