Our workshop uses the latest diagnostic equipment, for better quality & customer experience. We can diagnose, service and replace your brake, clutch, steering and suspension, as well as modify your car for better performance. We offer a range of tyres from reputable brands, such as Maxxis etc. We fit, balance & align wheels all in-house here at S&P Complete Automotive. Born and raised in Port Macquarie, we are an independent mechanical workshop and we pride ourselves on our quality workmanship and friendly customer service. Unbelievable amazing service ! Ben was fast to find the problem with the radiator, fixed it on the spot in no time and was more than happy to help to get me back on the road right away. He saved my engine and I cannot recommend the service and professional enough, I’m so lucky to find this business on way through Port Macquarie. Thankyou! ☺️

Booked van in was told work an parts could be done in two weeks .two weeks later told can't get parts .no prior warning off problem with getting parts just a wee can't do the job no stars

Hi Michael Sorry to hear you have had a negative experience. Unfortunately, Volkswagen Genuine no longer make this particular part you require for your vehicle, which we were unaware of at the time you made your booking with us. We have exhausted all other options of sourcing an aftermarket part. You were contacted several days prior to your booking date to explain the situation, & mentioned we were happy to proceed with the other repairs you had it booked in for.

I received excellent service from S & P Complete Automotive! They fixed my noisy car when nobody else could! and was a lot cheaper than any other quote i received! Excellent to deal with! Even gave me a lift back to work!
