We have used Ryan and Seton Lawyers for all of our conveyancing needs for the past 5 plus years. We have recently sold our home and bought a new property and the conveyancing was again done by Ryan Seton. Throughout every stage of both transactions we were always kept informed and any issues were resolved in a very professional manner by Mikaela and Gail. Ryan and Seton make a very stressful time stress free. Highly Recommended !!!

My sincerest gratitude to Thomas Galton from Ryan & Seton Lawyers for handling my legal predicament. In a jam at short notice (Xmas period) I rang Ryan & Seton Lawyers, left a message, as soon as practical, they returned my call, organised consultation and representation at very short notice. I was actually quite shocked that anyone would be willing to help me at this time but they went above and beyond and the timeframe didn't bother them. Long story, 3 prior PCA Driving offences, charged with 4th. Looking at a Full Time Jail Sentence. Thomas, calmly guided me through the Legal Process. Story ends with a very satisfactory outcome 9 months loss of Licence, $1000 fine and a Bond - much better than Jail. Thank you again Thomas. I hope to meet you in the surf one day and share a coupla waves. I recommend this firm.

Just starting out and having my own assets, thought was time to make a will pretty scary really thinking about death, parents have used Ryan & Seton Lawyers for some time and now its my turn. Wasn't as bad as i thought would be and very helpful thank you

What do you charge for initial advice?

If you require advice on a matter, we charge $250 for an initial consultation. During this consultation, we will be able to determine the scope of work required to be done and provide a further estimate of costs, or fixed fee costs, for any further work that may be required.

Can I speak to a solicitor over the phone?

Yes, we do offer telephone consultations by appointment. Some clients also like to make use of Zoom and Skype for video conferencing (but this is, of course, subject to ensuring that an appropriate internet connection is in place).
