The inspiration for our company lies with our father, Ken Moras, who was the founder of one of the most successful furniture manufacturing and retail businesses in Australia. Our retail stores are dedication to him and a reflection of our family life. Our very first 1825 interiors store opened in Bathurst in May 2009, keeping alive our family’s long history in the furniture business. Our goal is to offer stylish, quality and affordable products that truly enrich your family home. We specialize in family-friendly furniture made from recycled shipping pallets, as well as Australian-made timber furniture and sofas, and are proud to stock an extensive collection of coordinating homewares and fabric chairs.
