Led by the passionate Esher Townsend, the sessions focus on setting goals, building strength, analysing gait, assessing footwear, and considering age and hormones’ impact. Participants receive injury prevention guidance, a tailored strength training program, insights from in-shoe pressure measurements, gait improvement tips, and personalised training recommendations for a fulfilling and injury-free running experience.
