The employee of this store forgot that nowadays there is a warranty policy. Two employees mocked me and made fun of me, probably thinking that my English is so bad that they can do it next to me. Gentlemen, more humility and professionalism. This happened yesterday at 4:20 pm on 09/01/2023

Fantastic nursery, good healthy plants. This nursery is extremely popular and busy, but the staff are on the ball with help in choice, customer service also loading your goodies! One big plus is the huge pot and features Selection they have in stock, including everything a gardener Needs. Photo of some of the gardens I have created Using mostly Rosemount Nursery.

What would we have done without Rosemount Nursery these past difficult months. The same, array of plants and pots etc., and most importantly the ever welcoming, helpful staff, which brought a little oasis of normalcy to this very difficult year. Thank You.

Beautiful nursery and amazing staff! Always willing to help and have a wonderful range -will always try to meet your needs (even through a pandemic). Definatley love my trips here

Belinda has always been there for me.as an avid gardener but not super healthy Belinda has carried plants and helped me with my choices.i have been restricted to my garden during this covid19 .I couldn't stay away from the nursery wanting to repot some orchids.belinda put the pots in my car and paid at the register for me.i never left the car park.cant thank her enough.

Rose mount nursery has by far the best array of bonsai pots I have seen around..The prices are exceptionally with a great range of bonsai ornaments.Cheerful and friendly service l would highly recommend the place to go to for this

Belinda could not have been more helpful at Rosemount Nursery. I had a friend at work I wanted to buy a gift for. Belinda's knowledge and exceptional customer service was amazing. Not only did she help with the plant selection but also went out of her way to help me wrap the gift. Many thanks !!~

In need of a gift for a friend on the Sunshine Coast, and after researching and Googling, I telephoned Rosemount Nursery. Andrew answered promptly and happily helped with my enquiry, handing me over to Tony to organize the transaction. Tony's service to me went over and beyond my expectation, he chose a Tahitian Lime plant and cheery pot for me, he sent me a photo and I was able to pay over the phone. I can't thank Rosemount Nursery enough, what a pleasure. Look forward to visiting them when I can escape Melbourne's cold and get up there! Cheers Leigh easy done.

Awesome nursery with great staff that don't hover but let you know they are near by if needed. Plants are really healthy and good variety.

Beautiful selection of very healthy plants here. This is a gardeners dream, my little oasis of sanity. I love to visit on the weekends, grab a few seedlings and have a look around. They have such a good range of pots and gardening supplies, there is no need to look any further than Rosemount Nursery!

A friend recommended this place to me for the variety of plants but what really blew me away was the fantastic range of pots, Especially in the larger sizes. If you're looking for big pots this is the best place I've found on the coast so far.
