These were the only guys able to fix my timber double hung windows, Tried many companies before who made it appear impossible before I stumbled across this company. They were on time and efficient. Great outcome. Thank you

I have waited for 3 days for someone to return my call. I have left multiple messages. These people could not even do me the courtesy of ringing me back and letting me know they were unable to do my job (if that were the case) - very unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential customers, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

They came to see what we required re screens, promised a return visit with samples and a quote....... that was weeks ago......obviously don't want our business. If a business can't show up with a quote when promised, they are the last ones I would want to use for our screen installations. Very disappointed!

After making contact several times to arrange a suitable time for Roos to visit to measure up for a quote and them just not turning up, and then never again answering my phone calls or texts after. That is appalling and very unbusiness like.

I had Andrew out to our property for a quote in replacing 5 window screens and a front screen latch. After 2 weeks he called to let me know the screens were ready and was on his way around to fit them up and the screen door. I was away for work and he spoke to my wife and completed the job. I returned home to find he had not replaced all the screens as quoted and hadn't replaced the screen door latch. Much to my disgust he had not provided a receipt to my wife after she had paid him in cash. Now he will not answer my phone calls and owes me a screen and a front door latch. Thanks Roo's Doors & Window maintenance, I will endeavour to ensure no one else is ripped off by you!

These days it's hard to find honest people with fair prices that actually take pride in their work. Roo's Door & Winows is one of those companies. Top bloke and top service
