About Rockhampton Fitness Centre

Rockhampton Fitness Centre, or as it is commonly known by both Members and non-members, Norms Gym, has been helping keep its members in Rockhampton fit and healthy for several decades. RFC is the largest fitness centre/gym in Rockhampton and everybody from 13 years to 113 years is welcome no matter what your fitness level is. With a wealth of experience and a caring attitude from all staff, RFC will get you moving towards great results in a safe, fun and personal environment.

A fantastic gym, great facilities and helpful encouraging staff. Fantastic to not have the whole 24/7 chain gym atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone. Fees are affordable.

Such great gym, i used to train with Norm 15 years ago, and always come back here when visiting family. They are a fantastic team of professionals and would highly recommend to anyone !

This is by far the best thing i have ever done, going to Rockhampton fitness centre. The staff are so great to be around, so motivational and helpful, also providing help and their expert advice. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

An awesome gym, really enjoy going here, great motivation, wouldnt have had as much motivation as i do without your guys help. Most gyms don't notice if your a no show, but Rockhampton Fitness follows up with your absence. Awesome service, and well worth every cent.
