What do I wear?
Bowen Therapy is performed over light loose fitted clothing. If this isn't possible you may be asked to remove your clothing (only to your underwear!) and be covered in sarongs or blankets. This is all about you and making you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible throughout your treatment.
How many treatments will I need?
It is highly recommended to try 3 weekly treatments to begin. From here, smaller issues will resolve and we will know the body is in a perfect rest and digest state- perfect for us to dive deeper into the issue if needed! With life's constant stressors regular Bowen is a perfect way to keep your body in that beautiful flow state!
