We had a huge woollen fleece rug that had been stored in a shed for many years and was very dirty with a lot debris stuck to the sheep’s wool. The young guys at Revive did a great job in restoring it and cleaning it. They took care and had tremendous pride in their work. It came up great.

Overpriced and incompetent staff! Their office lady Kelly she booked the job at 8am but no show from any of their technicians. Bloody wasted all my morning waiting for someone to come fix my place! The tech arrived after 2pm, I asked why and he said that the office lady booked him twice (Gracemere and Yeppoon both at 8am). Didn't receive any phone call from her or the boss to apologise with this inconvenience.
