She is passionate about supporting people to find relief and then replenish from past hurts. Rochelle uses many clinical modalities in her work including Internal Family Systems (IFS), cognitive-behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy and mindfulness. She believes a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation to a rewarding experience in therapy. She has experience working with adolescents and adults who have experienced anxiety, depression, mood disorders, interpersonal conflicts, life stressors and change of life transitions. She works with individuals and couples to help them develop deeper connections to themselves and stronger, more fulfilling relationships with others, resulting in increased vitality, liveliness and joy.
