Renovate with Diamond! Really delivered on revitalising and freshening up my tired, old rooms with a quality finish. Their experienced staff readily offered advice on how to achieve the outcome I desired. The whole project was managed in a most professional way with it being completed on time and to my satisfaction.

I had a paint job in my master bedroom booked with Renovate with Diamond 5 weeks in advance so that I could organise other trades around dates. 2 1/2 weeks prior to job commencing, I received a text from Rob saying "sorry I won't be able to do your job, unfortunately I have a huge job that just came in. I have passed your number to paint rep" I didn't even receive a phone call to try and negotiate different time frames, just a text saying I'd been dropped. I would have been negotiable to time frames as I understood my job was small in comparison to some, however, considering I had previously used this business for a larger job you would think my job would have merited a phone call. Obviously not though, obviously the work was not that important because something better came along. No way to run a business in my opinion, very unreliable and no integrity shown on this occasion.
