A good guy, a competent tradesman and open and honest person. Very helpful, solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I was expecting to be charged more! I would without hesitation use him again.

We used Ben for the first time recently to look at our business vehicle and would happily recommend him to anyone Ben was very friendly and prompt. He came to our location and had our van sorted out that day. We found his customer service and professionalism to be exemplary We will definitely use Ben again in the future. Made arrangements to come out to look at the job. I took time off work to facilitate this....Didn't show up...6 hours after the agreed time, text message informing that he couldn't make it...no problem, I asked if another day and time would be suitable ? assured that he will ring tomorrow....and all contact ended there. If you like sitting around all day waiting for ships that don't come in....this guy is the man for the job ! Very poor service.

Ben from REM was absolutely amazing. He was efficient, transparent and did his research so that when he turned up he could find the problem easily. Ben arrived on time on the scheduled as had to be flexible around my work but most importantly he kept me updated about his progress. The end result meant I now have my convertible top back in use and it was at an affordable price. Thanks Ben ...you made my week so much brighter and will definitely be recommending you to all my friends 👍
