I saw Doctor Anushka Rajapaksha after my normal Dr left and I found her to be kind and caring. I didn't have to wait both times I saw her she was very prompt. I think it's a great medical centre but it does matter which Dr you see. I have always found the girls at reception nice and friendly but I find it easier to book online.

Just spoke to a lady from reliance west Gosford over the phone told her that I’ve been trying to call to cancel an appointment I requested a call back and then she says oh “that’s pretty late to cancel” I’m saying I have called already over an hour ago to cancel, I really don’t appreciate the rudeness if you can’t do your job and call back like I requested then I don’t understand what’s happening I normally get lovely people over the phone this lady sounded half asleep and cranky she had to answer the phone.

To all negative reviewers. It’s time to get sick in a third world country. Then you can understand how blessed we are. To the staff and medical professions. I’m sure you did all those years of training to help people. For that I am very grateful you did. Great facilities , even better staff!!

Great medical centre, the doctors I've seen have always been very helpful and the receptionists are always friendly. With pathology and xray on the premises and a pharmacy just outside with a coffee shop. I really appreciate the convenience.

STAY AWAY. terrible service, lost blood tests, dr forgot to call back, reception asked 3 times if dr could speak to me when he already did.. This is the WORST health service i've ever been to. I genuinely urge you to look somewhere else.

Best medical center on the coast. The long hours have been a Godsend for us. The receptions are always friendly and helpful the the doctor I see is great.
