• How can I get the most out of counselling with you, and how long will it take?

  While it is hard to say how long counselling will take, there are a number of practical steps you can take to maximise outcomes and minimise duration. These will be discussed with you in sessions. Generally, having a counsellor you trust, maintaining momentum of appointments and making time to reflect and act outside of appointments will all help you get the most out of counselling.
