These guys are great - they do a really good job and are super friendly and professional - they're also amazing and friendly with my dog who loves getting in the way and following visitors around! Highly recommend.

Ive used Regina's cleaning many times in the past. Whilst the staff are friendly the owner is EXTREMELY rude! I queried why I had been charged double for a clean and she blatantly lied and advised me the cleaner had been there twice as long as normal. She then proceeded to tell me that she didn't want my business anyway. Not happy, would NOT recommend

We used Reginas Cleaning for a "once off" spring clean. The attention to detail and the service provided was fantastic and my house SPARKLES :) I would highly recommend this company for any cleaning that you require.

I would never recommend this business. In fact it wouldnt rate even 1 star in my opinion, however this site wont allow a review to be posted without a star rating. This busines used unskilled staff for a professional job, but still charged top dollar!! Did not do basic cleaning, like wipe ceiling fans, clean oven, not even vaccum under beds or couch. Terrible job. Very expensive. Spoke with business owner about the many issues experienced. She wasn't particularly interested, but did send a second team the next day. Same scenario. Even caught a 'cleaner' standing on an antique side table to wipe a window?! I provided a ladder. They left behind their cleaning products in my lounge (Jif and green scourers!!!) in a bucket that had a taped up hole on its base?! Although contacted, this business never returned to collect their possessions - I had to dispose of them. Not really surprising, I also ended up doing the cleaning myself. Business owner promised to send a 'supervisor' to view an expensive mirror art, that her cleaners wrecked. She refused to view herself! Pardon?! That was 6 weeks ago - still waiting, but not holding my breath. Such a stressful experience. I reiterate my first sentence - I would never recommend this business. NEVER. Patricia. The team at Regina's Cleaning Services do a wonderful job no matter what the condition of the house is in. We found them to be punctual, friendly and professional. They always go above and beyond to make sure everything is left spotless. We could not be more happier with the service and would definitely recommend their services to family and friends.
