PROFESSIONAL - REED PLUMBING are simply professional. From the quote, to the property attendance, to completing the job (in my case replacing a Hot Water Service), every single person I came in contact with was PROFESSIONAL. The Quote, the workers, their presentation in their uniforms and cars, the boss, and even the billing - all Professional. I would definitely use again and would be happy to recommend.

I had called heaps of plumbers to get a bath installed in my home and not one plumber was interested! However when I rang Bruce, he came out that same afternoon. Nothing has been too much of a problem for him, even though I have rung him after hours at times throughout the job. He is prompt and courteous and I am extremely happy with his work and he has helped me locate tilers and plasterers to help complete the job. I am happy to recommend him to anyone.

I called Bruce to come and have a look at my whirlybirds on my roof as they were not properly installed by another company last October - they were leaking through my ceiling. I needed this job done ASAP as my house was under contract for sale. Bruce did not hesitate to help me and within a couple of days he had replaced two sheets of iron and installed two new whirlybirds. This company is amazing with their quick response and only to pleased to help you in anyway I would throughly recommend this company. Mackay needs more dedicated companies such as them.
