The way this towing company carries out it’s services has a lot to be desired. Once they have your money(credit card over the phone),they don’t care if they are over 5hours late and unwilling to tell you how long they will be. Polite follow up calls from the customer are handled poorly by them and resulted in rudeness, swearing by them and a threat of adding an extra $50 to the bill of a 76 yo solo travelling customer querying arrival time. Lesson learnt, go elsewhere! Do not use this exorbitantly overpriced towing service, who care little about their customers after the money has been exchanged!

James, respectfully, we have not provided any towing services to you. It is our understanding that you are making reference on another client and your information in the review is not only false, it is further inaccurate and defamatory. Since the review does not relate to a direct customer service involving our towing, we are not able to respond but we sure welcome any and all truthful customer reviews. We are a top quality and preferred supplier for a reason and would happily address any valid customer issues that come our way.

They need 6 stars not 5! We could not have asked for more from Michael and Rhianna at Red Central Towing. They looked after us from the minute I rang them. Rhianna was sympathetic to our stressful situation and calmly talked us through the process. Michael is amazing at his job. Look no further than these guys when you need to be towed. Total professionals in what they do and are the nicest people to deal with. Awesome price too!
