Nicole was excellent to deal with when we purchased a property. She was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and showed a high degree of patience when we had a couple of hiccups. Overall the process was made easier because she was the agent looking after the property.

I have always heard that Nicole was the best - the best is an understatement for Nicole. From the moment Nicole stepped foot into our apartment we knew she was the right person for the job. She was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. She informed us the market, and where she thought we should market our property at. Within 72 hours it was sold! The entire process was easy, efficient and this is why Nicole Plozza is the best in the business.

Had seen a couple of other real estate agents before meeting Nicole and my granddaughter and I were both really happy with her whole outlook and her help in explaining a lot of stuff we were unsure about. She was very helpful in suggesting other options that we hadn't looked at and actually ended up going with one of these options that we were more than pleased with. If I am ever looking to buy again in Townsville Nicole will be my first port of call.
