Well I must say lovely spot... great view of Gold Coast the waves and snapper rocks.. Beers cold.. I ordered a burger with fries and is was beautiful and yummy . But later in the afternoon I was sick with my friend ..we both feel sick straight away after leaving the place .for 2 days feel like outer stomach was cramp..I realy don't know what to say ... I think maybe the burger wasn't cooked right.... Also I like to say I was sitting out the deck facing the waves and my eyes started burning and I couldn't breath .another couple said they also felt sick . It was the public toilets next door .the water was flowing down the hill and it was so bad we all left the deck.... Seriously don't go on the deck near the toilets and the burger and fries I would pass on ... Sad to say but the whole experience has made me not like to go back.. I took a friend first time from Brazil and this is the experience we had ..seriously the smell was unreal ..the urine flowing down the hill right under the deck

Denied entry when I wanted to eat only. Do no drink alcohol, in fact allergic to it. Only had my drivers licence on my phone and not in hard copy. No attempt was made to accommodate us, no apology, disappointing customer service

Great location but wow I can’t believe the manager is still there he’s still as rude to customers and staff as he even was. After witnessing his tirade on a female customer Which was disgusting & I bet he wouldn’t have talked to her that way if she had a male with her & then a few staff members ... Just a bad atmosphere We all left there’s no justification for that kind of behaviour 👎

I cannot rate this club as my party was denied entry because one of us, does not have a drivers license or other card with Queensland address. We offered a bank card, but apparently that was not acceptable. All this, apparently to comply with Covid requirements for digital check-in. No attempt from the employee to find another way. Went down the road to another business and did the regular QR check in, no problem. Was less than impressed with club set up and employees lack of customer service. He could at least have referred the matter to the manager.
