Delivered on time and Peter and Scott the delivery drivers were very helpful in helping us get them in position. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend and their prices were good and the office staff helped us make the right choice on pump size and quality.

I contacted RainAgainTank for a quote on a 5000Gal tank and the sales person was most helpful and pleasant to deal with. I then placed my order but missed 2020 delivery but was assured it would be delivered early 2021 and it was. I received a phone call the day before and tank was delivered next day on time. In a time were good customer service seams to be non existent rain again tanks is an exception. I ordered a 60l diesel tank the first day of trading in the new year. I called and the service was excellent, the price very competitive, postage next to nothing but the item although bulky and near 400kms away arived 24hrs later. Bloody great work guys.

Without doubt this has to be the best tank manufacturer and supplier in SE Queensland. The price is competitive and the quality outstanding. From placing the order to post installation follow up, communication has been friendly, polite and appropriate for the stage of progress. Delivery is excellent, the driver very competent and helpful. For me one of the undocumented features of Rain Again Tanks is tha the outlet and overflow are supplied as a kit of parts. This is far more user friendly than trying to position these connections on a clock face for installation at the factory. Once the tank is located, the driver will install the connections if required, or they can be self installed if there is uncertainty with the best location. Would I buy another tank from this manufacturer - absolutely.
