What Lamination Foam Do You Use?
The most common foam we use is Dunlops FL27-170, it can be used in anything from shoes and bras up to marine hull linings, upholstery and industrial sound proofing. We are also capable, upon special order, of flame laminating FL21-130,FR23-130,EN36-130.
What Types of Textile Can You Laminate?
We can laminate any textile, vinyl or fabric you can think of, we can even do heavy canvas and tonneau or light Lycra or silk. The only thing that limits us is foam width, which we get at a maximum of 2050mm wide.
