Without a doubt the worst customer experience of my life. My car developed an issue with the engine light and it took 9 weeks and 5 attempts to fix it. Agreed they gave me a loan car but there were restrictions on the use of that car. I accepted all the issues with a smile and never complained but yesterday I had my car serviced and because it was 450 kilometres outside the designated mileage I was charged an additional $31. Doesn't seem like much but I also asked them to adjust the windscreen washers which they did not do. Again doesn't seem like much but when I questioned the fee and the work not being done especially after the issues I had previously the Service Manager (not a very nice man) told me he wasn't interested in the past and didn't care that I had been without my car for 9 weeks and it had been left out in the elements for 2 months. Told me it was too hard to refund any money and offerred half the payment. Disgraceful behaviour and attitude by the Service Manager.

Booked car in for a simple service and 5 hours later still no good. What a joke what is the point of booking in. Quayside lismore is only interested in selling new cars ,very slow customer service after that. Poor poor after sales service. The first time they screwed me was for fixing my bumper when I was told to pick up they had done the wrong side they changed bars behind the bumper that was fine and still charged me to get them to fix the correct side that we first showed them. . Never going back to QUAYSIDE LISMORE. There is no point .

Bad customer service when buying the car and even worse when trying to get a simple service. I will not be going back again! Wish I never purchased the car...
