Hi, we just had lunch at Quattro and was disappointed. We ordered Garlic Prawns…but sorry as mentioned to the waitress, there was hardly any garlic…(nothing like the ones we have had several times previously….I told the lady it was probably due to the new trend of having roasted garlic….) NO TASTE WHATSOEVER. Then we had mussels in tomato/garlic/chilli sauce…..could have been much better….sauce not reduced enough (it was a broth) and far too much chilli…overpowering and again the same slices of bland garlic and yellowish bits of tomatoes as in the garlic prawns. Also could you train your people serving to give rince-doigts in the right manner….not full of ice cubes…(this is not a cocktail) and should be given on the tepid side.

Visited Quattro, Thursday 10 Feb with my husband and ordered 2 pizzas, mine was prosciutto with a GF base. Received a pizza with cold ham straight from the fridge on top as they then informed me they had no prosciutto, with a non GF base. Requested another pizza. My husband had finished his meal before I started. My second pizza was GF base with cooked ham but the base was burnt. Staff were too busy chatting to each other, not listening to the customers. Be aware is you are GF. Very disappointing!

We just dined at the Quattro restaurant Lennox head. We booked a week ago to make sure we got in on our 5 day holiday stay. On arrival we were taken to a dirty table which was promptly wiped down by the host on arrival. We then were presented with stilled water and dirty water glasses. When the waitress returned we asked for a clean glass. The waitress returned with a very hot glass for our water, I called her back when she was near the table to tell her it was hot. Her reply was what is wrong with that, I replied it is not nice for water. With that she walked away shaking her head. We continued to dine. When we went to pay the bill she went to the register. I said we normally would leave a tip but we’re disappointed in her service. She apologised and said she had a bad day etc, I replied that is not our problem. I told her that I had been in the industry for 24 years and would not employ her. She responded she would not want to work with me .

Dropped into this restaurant unexpectedly and we absolutely love it. The service and staff were great and efficient. The view was fantastic and the pizza was perfect as well as the Seafood Pasta which was delicious. Highly recommend going to Lennox Heads for the best meals ever.
