Really disappointed in our experience for the 2nd time. First experience of infection in may and now.We gave the benefit of the doubt the first time this happened, the next day both times we are faced with my daughter experiencing painful infected toes. I witnessed a worker drop the nail polish brush that slid on the floor from the foot spa area to the desk where acrylics are done.the worker simply wiped it and continued using it.There’s no sterilisation done of the equipment between each customer. Both times resulting in a doctor visit, antibotics, adding expense ontop of the $93, please sterilise your equipment as this painful experience can be prevented.the nail work itself is very standard and poorly applied.My own nails also are poorly done but I think the main focus needs to be on the hygiene which causes added expense to customers that are simply wanting to treat themselves and feel a bit better with a mini pamper. I have included pics of both experiences.we will not be back

First and last time going there. Nail technician nails were visibly dirty, nail technician filed her nails while doing mine, her working area was not clean and my nails were not all the same length when she finished. Only positive was the colour I chose for my nails.

Shocking long wait. Reused items on other customers and washed items in the dirty water my feet had been in for 1 hour. Extra $4 charge on price because I used a card. One star is too high.

5 red and sore toes less than 24 hours after pedicure! 5! Not to mention how bad my manicure looks. They haven't even finished off 3 of the fingers on the right side. Nail polish is all glumpy and doesn't have clean edges. I was so excited because they were so nice I thought I found a great salon only to be left with a bad mincure and 2 really sore feet! I now need to treat my feet for infection. I would NOT reccomend going here.
