My experience was poor because I was forced to over pay for a job that was barely half done. I requested a iPad screen replacement and to fix button as it was broken. He only had a black button n my iPad was white. Offered to change iPad colour to black free of charge. Left it for 3 days n upon collection I found the button was still shonky. I pointed it out n was told I must press really hard to use it. I explained that I requested a new working button. They claim they didn't have the part n I said they could of ordered it n rung me it would've been no issue. Anyway I told them I wasn't paying full price but was happy to pay for screen replacement as they did so it would of been 99.00 I think from memory but was told no n they even asked for there black iPad frame back. I refused as it was no charge according to the technician. Long story short...I had to haggle prices to get to my iPad back. They charge me for button that was still shonky. N my screen isn to fully working. So angry.

I regret going to this place to fix my phone before reading these reviews. please avoid... online customer service is terrible. I initially paid for iphone quality replacement , they had to change twice the screens as it was already disfunctionning, had to wait an extra 1h30 for replacement to find out that my entire phone was then super slow and the paywave fonctionality wasnt working but camera and calling fonctions were fine. i came back the following day to pick up the phone and pay an extra $120 and find out that top speaker wasnt working anymore. i got it fixed 4 day later to find out that front camera wasnt working anymore. I spend in 5 days more than 5 hours for them to fix or replace parts in my phone or wait for them because once you pay lets face it you are not a priority anymore. their online customer service is an absolute joke. they recognize their faults but still think it is fully acceptable..PLEASE AVOID THEY WILL DAMAGE MORE YOUR PHONE
