Been there twice over about a year. 1st time was a full replacement windscreen. 2nd was a chip repair. Excellent customer service from initial phone call, to dropping off the vehicle, to being notified when job is completed and ready for collection, to payment. Easy to understand advice. Significantly better pricing than another big-name provider who only want insurance claim jobs and seems to add a 0 to prices. Reasonable booking availability. Fast service times. Vehicle comes back at least as clean as when it went in- no little bits of litter/dirt left anywhere. Highly recommend. I won't even get a quote anywhere else now. Straight to Protector for me.

Recently had a windscreen installed by Brett & the team at Protector. They went out of their way to find me a new screen and helped chase up a seal for the rear window as well. Cannot thank them enough. We will be sending all of our company vehicles their in the future.
