2 night stay at Callala, should be relaxing 🫣 I'm glad it's over. Both parties have the right to leave a honest review. I did leave one, I was honest. And stated what we have received at the arrival at the property, it wasn't clean and bedsheets were dirty and full of sand/hair/medication foil. Toilets had stains on the seats, couches have not been wiped down for a very long time. My issue is now, I have received a review from the agency aswell, I knew I would, didn't think it will be a 1 star in all.....their review has not been honest. How can they take it out on me being a bad traveller and it wasn't even my fault? The review should be honest..... I have cleaned the property, have lost half a day with my family because of it, I wiped down the couches, washed the sheets, cleaned the toilets. The agency is giving me a 1 star on cleanliness and house rules, we have left the property cleaner than when we arrived, we not not broken any house rules, everyone should give a honest review
