Nope... don't do it to yourself... you deserve better than this place Im travelljng through and decided to get a Mani Pedi... 2.5 hours later (normally takes 45 mins at my brissy salon but sat waiting for an hour) I had a great foot massage from the first young woman, changed to another young woman who was friendly, then handed off to the 3rd older woman (the manager) who painted my nails SOOO bad, 2 days in they are chipped... I'm embarrassed of them and now trying to find a decent place to re do them... just don't!

Took my mum here for a treat i have never met such rude people in my life. The girl actually burnt me with the electric buffer on my nail. When we were getting our pedicure done he picked up a shaving tool off one of the other ladies and didn't change the blade when i complained he washed it in the dirty waters i told them don't worry. Our shellac nails have bubbles under them. Do yourself a favour go else where very rude and unhygienic.

I booked in for 3 pedicures, for myself and 2 friends. When we came to our appointment we were met with frantic staff and were rude to say the least, practically yelling at us to sit down. Then yelling at us to choose a colour. None of us received a full pedicure, they even forgot to scrap and buff/scrub my friend's feet. The male who did my friend (who is in her late 50s) feet, lifted her foot up in the air in a very uncomfortable position to scrub her feet. I've never been so disgusted with the service I've received in my life! I'm literally still sitting here, experiencing this traumatic situation. When we go up to the counter to pay, I will be demanding a discount. Even though, I feel I shouldn't even be paying for this torture! Well they will only give us a $5 discount. Which is $35 we have to pay! Then the older woman came out from the back yelling at me that they 'have to pay a lot of money's in rent'. NOT HAPPY! They do NOT deserve the 1 star I've given them, but I can't submit this without a star!
