We were new customers to Proactive Accounting to see if they were a good fit for our accounting needs. We had them do our tax return. We paid their upfront fee as was explained and told that they will have the return done promptly. After 4 weeks we rang and asked where it was as we had heard nothing. We were told it would be late that week or early the next. another week went by, and we had to call them again only to be told miraculously it would be lodged that day. We have found their lack of customer service quite telling. We aren't a big company or organization and feel, rightly or wrongly that we were pushed aside and forgotten about and only dealt with when we pushed the issue. They will happily take your payment up front and then completely forget about you. This was our experience with this company. I have communicated this with them also.
