She was able to locate all my sore spots and applied strategic movements to release the tensions...extremely happy! I've had multiple massages from Gina. Always feel better following the massage. Gina has the ability to find the sore spots without being told and can really massage that tension away. Recently I went there with a cold and blocked nose and came out being able to breath through my nose, headache gone and generally feeling much better. I absolutely recommend them.

I have been there twice. One for massage, and one for facial. I have had many massages and facials but Pristine Eastern has been my best experience by far. The manager Vivian is such a nice person, and her staff are very professional and caring. Clean, professional and great service. I highly recommend this place!

From the time we called, walked in and until the end, everything was excellent. Very welcoming, calmed and relaxing. I went there with my sister for a full body massage. We thoroughly enjoyed it. From the moment we walked in we were impressed with Pristine Eastern. Vivian was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She took time to ask us how hard we wanted the massage and where we would like the therapists to concentrate. We chose a 1 hour massage and it was great. Mei pronounced (May), who is qualified and very professional, provides great therapeutic massages. I have had for many years now multiple painful muscles which has responded well under Mei's professional care, and because of my regular messages have not required as many analgesics. I am more mobile and have made great amounts of improvements. Thank you Mei for your magic hands and great help and advice. I am heading towards normality. Again I give over 5 stars +++ for service, professionalism and massage therapy. I would highly recommend Mei who has good knowledge with safe professional practices.

The positive energy is very rewarding and reinforced by the pleasant staff. Recently I was in need of Vivian's makeup artistry skills for a photo-hoot and couldn't have been more pleased with the result. Such skill comes with experience. Vivian was able to maximise my features without being heavy handed or overdone. Totally in awe of her expertise and how she brought out my inner sparkle. The first moment we walked in, we found Vivian to be very gracious and welcoming, not at all pushy. Her prices are affordable. Mei, her massage therapist is very kind and sincere, and does a very thorough and deep tissue massage concentrating on weaknesses. While lovely and petite, she is very strong and intuitive. There is also a skilled male therapist. Recently I have had a course of facials from Vivian. Her knowledge and experience really shows in her technique. Mostly it is her passion for what she does and her own experience in listening to her clients, and this makes her treatment so therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. She has a beautiful, gentle and flowing touch. I have seen a marked improvement in my skin tone, smoothness with more clarity and elasticity, which I wasn't expecting at 61. Whether having a massage or skin treatment, it is such a wonderful feeling to leave the daily stresses outside the door and walk out feeling much more refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Can't thank the team at Pristine Eastern enough for making me feel great again. I went to see the team from help as I suffer chronic pain with sciatica. After me first session I felt some release from my pain so I went a second time and started to feel better. May said it could take another 3 to 4 visits to be pain free but she said she could fix me and she did. Can't tell you how good it feels to be drug and pain free. Give it a try
