We are a family owned business where the owner is an experienced builder with an open licence and personally carries out the latest digital Building and Pest Reports. We pride ourselves with thorough quality inspections using the latest professional equipment. (Borescope camera, laser levels, moisture detection units, and thermal cameras. As Scott is licenced to undertake both Building and Pest inspections he always has another licenced pest inspector on site unlike most other companies witch results in a more thorough inspection. With over 22 years in the industry and more than 18,000 reports completed we are the most experienced company available on the Gold Coast.
