We had damaged our awning when pulling out from a park. Ivan came and worked his magic, welding and re-colouring the 'graze' across our awning. Absolutely brilliant! Can hardly see it and not at all at distance. Friendly, so polite and helpful. Thanks so much Ivan.

After buying 3 tanks 6 years ago from a Yandina company, and on year one, one of the 5 thousand gallon tanks split, I was told "stiff ...." we sold that company! Cut a L o n g story short, today I met one of life's gentlemen. I rang Ivan from Precision, and he arrived this afternoon. If anybody out there is wondering if intelligent life forms are still out there in the "contractor" form, the good news is, YES! What a bloody marvel. Ivan is as pleasant in person, as he is on the phone. Turns up on time, unloads, and gets on with the job on hand. A real eyeopener to me, who has been on the other side of the dice! If you were ever in doubt about getting plastic products 'fixed', instead of throwing it out --- Ivan is the man to talk to ----- just a bloody shame he didn't work for the tank company involved. Ivan, thank you for today, you shall get nothing but praise from me. Bob H
