Josh was very helpful and able to organise someone to come out and fix my mum’s tap at very short notice. He provided a very professional, efficient and friendly service. My mum (a senior citizen) was originally pressured by another plumbing company to pay a ridiculous amount for the same job. She was very pleased with the work Precise Plumbing provided - Tim was nice, very decent and respectful. We highly recommend this business and will definitely use their services again.

Literally cannot speak highly enough of Josh from Precise Plumbing. He has been my plumber since I bought a 40-year-old house which was apparently built by someone who once spoken to someone who had once done a course on how to build a house. Despite all the challenges, Josh has persisted with the varying sizes of fittings, the weird placement of drainage and the odd requests I have made of him. He is always reliable, always communicates well, doesn't charge like a wounded bull (got quoted $20k by a well-known plumbing business in Woden for an issue Josh fixed for a fraction of the price with persistence and the right equipment) and is a good bloke to boot. Invoices are itemised and transparent. The only sad part now is that all my plumbing is now fixed and working beautifully and I will miss our chats. Five stars. Would recommend.
