Practical Survival

Ordered, waited and waited and then emailed after nearly 2 weeks of no contact. Everything was supposedly in stock. Then no response but note was added to my order with a tracking number. Thought all good but only half the order was sent. Sent another email, and another, sent a contact request via their page a couple of times and tried calling at least a dozen times and no answer. Tried to get refunded through Afterpay but they are useless and made me wait another 2 weeks until today when I get an email with a note that looks like a tracking number but with no courier information. Closed down my Afterpay account, useless sods should've assisted with cancelling this order not giving this dodgy seller longer to rip me off. I don't actually need the items anymore, they were for my Dad for work but ended up having to buy elsewhere so he wasn't out getting drenched in the middle of winter. Avoid this dodgy company.

I made a purchase online, 2 weeks later the item still had not been sent. I tried emailing and calling on multiple occasions; they never replied or answered the phone. I finally got PayPal involved for a refund. Terrible service
